As early as possible — especially for weddings and peak season events. Dates can fill 6–12 months in advance. A 50% deposit secures your date.

We're based in Port Macquarie and service the entire Mid North Coast — from Port Stephens in the south to Coffs Harbour in the north. A travel surcharge applies for events beyond 100km.
