Quite Frankly & Co. was born from a simple belief: that the bar at an event should be as memorable as the occasion itself. Not just a place to collect a drink, but a centrepiece — something with character, warmth, and a story of its own.
That belief led us to a 1958 Franklin caravan — a genuine piece of Australian history, meticulously restored with a full timber bar interior and every detail a professional bar service requires. She's been turning heads at weddings, hens parties, birthdays and corporate events across the Mid North Coast ever since.
We're based in Port Macquarie and service the region from Port Stephens in the south to Coffs Harbour in the north. Every event we do is BYO — you supply the drinks, we supply absolutely everything else.

Built in South Australia and restored with obsessive care, the Franklin caravan is not a prop. She's a fully functioning, professionally equipped bar — with under-counter refrigeration, a complete timber bar interior, glassware storage, festoon lighting, and space for two bartenders to run a full service all night.
She photographs extraordinarily well. But more than that, she creates a moment — the one where your guests arrive, see her, and say "oh wow." That moment happens at every single event we do.
