We are a fully BYO bar service — you supply the alcohol, mixers and non-alcoholic drinks, and we supply everything else: the 1958 Franklin caravan bar, RSA-qualified bartenders, glassware, ice, bar fridges, all consumables, setup, pack-down, and a personalised shopping list with exact quantities so you never run short.
Every package includes the 1958 Franklin caravan bar, RSA-qualified bar staff, full glassware suite, ice and bar fridges, all bar consumables, fruit infused water station, personalised printed bar menu, background music, full setup and pack-down, event planning meetings, and rubbish management.
Weddings, hens and bucks parties, birthdays, corporate events, cocktail parties, Christmas parties, garden parties and private gatherings for 20 to 200+ guests across the Mid North Coast NSW.
Yes — we ask that your drinks and alcohol are chilled before we arrive. Once on-site, we keep everything cold in our under-counter bar fridges and ice buckets throughout the event.
Yes — the bar requires power to run our fridges and lighting. We can plug into a standard power outlet via an extension lead. If there is no power at your venue, we can arrange a generator for an additional cost.
On the day
We take care of everything. We arrive one hour before service begins to set up the bar. At the end of the night we collect all glassware, remove bar-related rubbish and recycling, and leave the space completely tidy. Setup and pack-down are included in every package.
Yes — every member of our bar team holds a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
Yes — we hold Public Liability Insurance. If your venue requires a certificate of currency, just let us know when booking and we will send it promptly.

As early as possible — especially for weddings and peak season events. Dates can fill 6–12 months in advance. We cannot hold a date without a signed contract and 50% deposit.
Yes — a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due approximately 30 days before your event alongside your completed event questionnaire.
Absolutely. All packages can be tailored to suit your event, guest count, venue, and brief. Get in touch and we'll build something perfect for you.
Yes — this is one of our most popular combinations. Run the cocktail class at the start of your event then transition to full bar hire service for the rest of the night.
Where we go
We're based in Port Macquarie and service the entire Mid North Coast from Port Stephens in the south to Coffs Harbour in the north. A travel surcharge applies for events beyond 100km from Port Macquarie.
Yes — we can set up at parks, private properties, vineyards, beaches, and most outdoor venues. For events in a public park, it is your responsibility to arrange any required council permits. We need adequate vehicle and trailer access to the site.
