Everything you need to know before you book.
We've made booking as straightforward as possible. Here's exactly what to expect from first contact to the final cheers.
Fill in the quote form on our Contact page or call us on 0489 222 189. Let us know your event date, location, approximate guest count, and what kind of celebration you're planning.
No question is too early — even if your date is 12 months away, it's never too soon to reach out and check availability.

We'll also help you think through add-ons like a champagne tower, lawn games, or cocktail masterclass if they suit your event.
fully itemised · no hidden costsOnce you're happy to proceed, we'll send your booking confirmation contract and invoice. Sign the contract and pay your 50% deposit to lock in your date.
Your date is not held until the deposit is received — we recommend acting quickly during peak wedding and party season.
50% deposit · secures your dateAround 30 days before your event, we'll send a detailed questionnaire to confirm all the finer details — service times, bar placement, cocktail selections, personalised bar menu, and anything else specific to your event.
The remaining balance is also due at this stage. We can go through everything by email, phone, video call, or in person — whatever suits you best.
remaining balance due · 30 days outWe arrive one hour before service starts to set up the bar, get your drinks chilled, and make sure everything looks perfect. From the moment service begins to the final pack-down, we handle it all.
At the end of the night we collect all glassware, manage bar rubbish, and leave the space completely tidy. All you need to do is celebrate.

What you'll pay & when.
We keep payments simple — two instalments, clearly itemised, with no surprises. Everything is outlined in your booking contract before you commit to anything.
We accept bank transfer. If you have any questions about payments, just ask when you enquire.
We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weddings and peak season events. Dates can fill 6–12 months in advance and your date is not held without a signed contract and deposit.
